Pricing June 2024 – June 2025

The PCA committee reviews hall hire charges annually, and the adjusted fees become applicable for all hires from 1st June 2024.

HALL HIRE CHARGES

*WEEKDAY RATE £26.35 per hour

**WEEKEND RATE £34.26 per hour

MEETING ROOM HIRE CHARGES

*WEEKDAY RATE £13.18 per hour

**WEEKEND RATE £17.13 per hour

*Weekend rates will apply for Friday evening hire.

**Weekend rates will apply to Saturday all day and Sunday bookings over 4 hours

A deposit of £50 on top of the fee will be required to secure a booking, this deposit also covers any damage caused during your hire. If there is no damage caused, then your deposit will be returned to you after your hire.

Any hire requiring the presence of animals in the hall will incur an additional cleaning charge of £30.

If the hall and meeting room are both hired for the same event, the meeting room charge will be discounted by 50%.

REGULAR USER DISCOUNTS

There are discounts available for groups and organisations that are regular users of the Center. A description of these discounts are available upon request to pcahallbooking@outlook.com
